Changes to the Regulations for Non-Trading Operations.

The new version of the Regulations for Non-Trading Operations will come into effect from May 1, 2009:

- new clauses are added: 1.3., 6.2.
- changes to clauses 1.5., 1.6., 4.1 are introduced.
