FRA
Financial Regulation Agency (FRA) foundation that regulates relationships between financial market participants.

Federal Reserve System (Fed)
The monetary authority of the US, established in 1913, and governed by the Federal Reserve Board located in Washington, D.C. The system includes 12 Federal Reserve Banks and is authorized to regulate monetary policy in the US as well as to supervise Federal Reserve member banks, bank holding companies, international operations of US banks, and US operations of foreign banks.

Fill or kill order
A trading order that suggests a momentary ask or bid. If the order isn’t executed immediately it is canceled.

Floating profit/loss
Unfixed profits / losses on the opened positions under the current exchange rates.

Forex (Foreign exchange).
An international market of currency conversion operations.

Futures contract
A legally binding agreement to buy or sell a commodity or financial instrument in a designated future month at a price agreed upon today by the buyer and seller. Futures contracts are standardized according to the quality, quantity, and delivery time and location for each commodity.

Futures market
A market where contracts for future delivery of a commodity or a security are bought or sold.
