Money transfer (for alpari.classic, alpari.micro) to another trading account at Alpari IDC Corp.
Steps:
1. In your «Personal Area» go to the Make a deposit/withdraw funds page to transfer money to another trading account.
2. In the Personal Area choose the « Money transfer to another trading account » and fill in the request. Please note that if you transfer money to an account of the following type alpari.micro, the account number and login in MetaTrader are the same, i.e. you should type in the login in MetaTrader in both fields.
3.1 For the accounts of the type alpari.classic the confirmation code will be sent to your email address.
3.2 For the accounts of the type alpari.micro the confirmation code will be sent in an sms-message to your mobile phone.
To procced enter this code in the special field in the form. The «Processing» status in the «Deposit/Withdrawals history» means that your notification is received.
4. The «Done» status means the transfer has been executed.
Your expenses: such a transfer is done without commissions or exepenses.
It takes: usually 1 (one) hour to transfer money into the client’s account once the request is confirmed. At most it takes 1 (one) business day.
Notice:
– If a deposit is made by a credit card (only for alpari.classic) the funds transfer is possible only between trading accounts of the following type alpari.classic, registered in the same person. There is no possibility to transfer money to the trading accounts of third parties.
– Money transfer to an account of type alpari.micro is possible only between trading accounts (of type alpari.micro or alpari.classic), registered for the same person, registration details are checked during the transfer, and if they differ even by one letter or digit the transfer won’t be executed.
– Money transfer from an account of type alpari.micro to an account of type alpari.classic is not executed.
– In case you transfer from one trading account into another one amounts accurate within a cent, you should put a dot («.») as a separator character and not a comma (for example: «555.99»).
– It’s impossible to transfer funds between the trading accounts with the different currencies of the deposits.
– Funds transfer is available in the following currencies only: USD, EUR;
– Funds transfer in USD is available only from a trading account with the following deposit currencies: USD;
– Funds transfer in EUR is available only from a trading account with the following deposit currencies: EUR;
– For your convenience current exchange rates, specified by Alpari, are released daily in the Personal Area.
