I cannot enter my Personal Area. Why?
There are two possible resons of it:
May be, it is security configuration of your computer. Try to switch firewall off. If it does not help, enter the Personal Area from another computer.
May be you enter an incorrect account number or password.
When opening an account a client gets logins and passwords required for work:
For accounts of alpari.classic type:
1. Number of the account with Alpari IDC Corp. (a letter and four digits А1234).
2. Login in MetaTrader (five digits 12345).
3. Password in MetaTrader (assigned automatically, then a client should change it).
4. Code word to enter the «Personal Area» (a client personally assigns it while opening an account).
5. Telephone password (a client personally assigns it when opening an account).
For example:
1. S4997
2. 11983
3. aBcD7g
4. Sergforex87
5. SergeevIzmaylovo
To enter your Personal Area use the account number with Alpari IDC Corp as a login, and the code word as a password.
In our example:
Account number: S4997
Code word: Sergforex87
Do not confuse with the login and password in MetaTrader, where:
Login: 11983
Password: aBcD7g
Telephone password is required to connect with an operator in order to make deals over the phone.
For accounts of alpari.micro type:
1. Login in MetaTrader (six digits, e.g.: 123456).
2. Password in MetaTrader (assigned automatically, then a client should change it).
Example:
1. 201254
2. AbCdE1h
To enter your Personal Area use your login and password in MetaTrader.
