I transferred money via WebMoney system from my “Personal Area”, but after pressing the «Make a payment» button I didn’t wait until the next page with «WebMoney transfer notification» appeared and I cannot see the status of my payment in my Personal

  • You should contact the Payments Department and provide the following information:

    • Full name of the payer
    • Number of the WebMoney purse
    • Amount
    • Account number/login
