How can I restore my live-account password to MetaTrader 4?
There are two ways you can restore your live-account password to MT:
1. To come with your passport to the nearest to you Alpari office and fill in the application form.
2. To fill in and send the application form and the passport copy to our e-mail address backoffice@alpari.ru or by fax (495) 727-17-70. Also you should provide your phone password (if needed).
