Bank Wire Transfer

Steps:

  • 1. In your Personal Area, go to Bank/Webmoney Details to get your broker’s bank details;
  • 2. Make a transfer from your bank account to the broker account;
  • 3. Once you have made the transfer, go to the Personal Area, click on Make a Deposit/Withdraw Funds and fill in the Bank Transfer Notification form;
  • 4. Then, in the Personal Area go to the Deposit/Withdrawal History to check the status of your payment. The «Processing» status indicates that your request has been received;
  • 5. Once the «Done» status appears, go to the client terminal and check if the money has been deposited to your account;
  • 6. In the case that the money has not been credited to your trading account within 3 business days, ask your bank to provide you with evidence of your transfer and send it to the Payments Department so they can make an inquiry.

Purpose of Payment:

  • ASB Bank Limited - The payment of invoice *****, dd **/**/****. Not related to business.
  • Rietumu Banka - The payment for the replenishment of account ******, invoice *****, dd **/**/****.

The following must be specifed in the purpose of payment:

  • Invoice number and date;
  • MetaTrader Login (for the Rietumu Banka purpose of payment).

You cannot make any changes to the purpose of payment. We advise that you have it approved with your bank. Payments with an incorrect purpose will not be deposited.

Expenses: Your bank's fee. Information about additional fees of a correspondent bank may possibly be withheld by your bank (as a rule it's 20-25 USD)

Time: Processes 2-3 business days from the moment of transmission. Once the money is credited to the broker’s bank account, it will be deposited to your trading account.

Note:

  • Bank wire transfers can be made in USD or EUR;
  • You can use bank wire transfers to deposit funds if your trading account has one of the following deposit currencies: USD, EUR. For your convenience, current exchange rates are published daily in the Personal Area.
  • Please be aware that the Company does not carry out transfers to or from addresses of legal entities/individuals registered in Iran, Iraq or North Korea.
  • If you are a legal entity/individual registered in Iran, Iraq or North Korea and you plan to make a transfer to Alpari's bank account, please contact the Payments Department to address this issue on an individual basis.

Important!

  • Please be careful when filling in the bank transfer papers, paying close attention to the beneficiary details. If you make a mistake, the bank will be forced to start a time-consuming process of checking particulars between banks, for which you will be charged $25. To be precise, the bank charges the beneficiary, but we will charge the commission back to you.
  • A client can use this method to transfer funds only after sending scanned or faxed copies of both their signed "Confidential Client Information to Open a Personal/Corporate Account" and their passport (or ID) to the Payments Department.
  • Alpari reserves the right to disallow deposit of funds onto the Alpari account if: the client has not provided Alpari with the signed "Confidential Client Information to Open a Personal/Corporate Account" and a copy of their passport (or ID), if the purpose of payment does not match the purpose indicated on the invoice, or if funds are transferred on behalf of third parties. In this situation, the Company sends the funds back to the bank account from which they were transferred. All costs incurred by returning the funds are at the client's expense.
  • If you cannot provide us with the documents mentioned above, transfer funds with the purpose of payment specified in the invoice or if you plan to make a transfer on behalf of a third party, please contact the Payments Department to address this issue on an individual basis.

Credit/Debit Cards (VISA/MasterCard only)

Steps:

  • 1. Enter your Personal Area, and go to the Make a Deposit/Withdraw Funds section;
  • 2. Choose Make a Payment by Credit/Debit Card in the Personal Area.;
  • 3. Choose the currency of your payment (USD or EUR), the type of the credit/debit card (VISA or MasterCard) and enter the sum of your payment. Press «Proceed». Once you have filled in the information required by the processing center, click «Pay Now»;
  • 4. Once you enter your card details, your card is checked for activation in the Verified by Visa/MasterCard SecureCode service*. If your card has been activated in the Verified by Visa/MasterCard SecureCode service*, you will have to enter your personal password, which is used at all participating online merchants (you can learn more about your personal password at your issuing bank). Once you enter your password in a special pop-up window, the issuing bank confirms your identity as the cardholder, allowing you to make a transaction in secure mode. If your card has not been authorised in the Verified by Visa/MasterCard SecureCode service*, all payments by card are executed normally.
  • 5. Go to the Deposit/Withdrawal History in your Personal Area to check the status of your payment. You will see the status «Notification Received» if everything has been transmitted correctly.
  • 6. Once you see the status «Done», go to the client terminal and make sure the money is on your account.

* Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are technologies intended to enhance the security and reliability of online payments.


Expenses: 3% commission.

Time: Several hours. In exceptional circumstances, the processing center may initiate an inquiry into your payment. In such cases, the credit of funds to your account may be delayed. However, if you closely follow the directions on how to make payments by credit/debit cards, the risk of the processing center interfering is significantly reduced.

Note:

  • You can use credit/debit cards in the following denominations: USD, EUR, RMB, MXN, RUR;
  • Credit/Debit card transactions need to be completed in either USD or EUR.
  • You can deposit the following currencies to your account using a credit / debit card: USD, EUR. For your convenience, current exchange rates are published daily in the Personal Area.

Note:

  • According to clause 5.4.4 in the Regulations on Non-Trading Operations, in order to deposit funds with a credit/debit card, you need to provide the Payments Department with a copy of your passport and a scanned copy of the card (the name and surname of the cardholder, the issuing bank and last 4 digits of the card number must be visible on the scanned copy). If you use several cards to complete transactions, please provide a scanned copy of each card;
  • Only the client/cardholder can deposit to the trading account;
  • Deposits made by credit/debit card can only be withdrawn through a bank wire transfer or transferred to another trading account in your name;
  • Transfers to an account of a third party will not be carried out.

Important!!! You must have the CVV/CVV2 code to make a deposit with a VISA Electron card. It is essential that you ask your issuing bank if your card is set up for remote payments. If it is, you can deposit to your trading account using this card.

WebMoney (WMZ – USD/WME – EUR)

Steps:

  • 1. In your Personal Area, go to Make a Deposit/Withdraw Funds to make a WebMoney payment;
  • 2. Activate the WebMoney system "Keeper Classic" program;
  • 3. Go to Make a Payment via Webmoney within your Personal Area;
  • 4. Enter the amount and press «Make a Payment». Follow the instructions that appear. Install WebMoney’s ActiveX if necessary;
  • 5. Check the data in the window that appears. Click «Make a payment»;
  • 6. Choose the "Keeper Classic" payment authorization type. Click «Proceed», enter the code from the picture and press «Yes»;
  • 7. Choose the electronic purse number, which will be used to credit the payment to your account, in the form that appears. If all the information is correct, press «Confirm the Payment»;
  • 8. Go to the Deposit/Withdrawal History within your Personal Area to check your payment status. Once you see the status «Done» go to the client trading terminal to see if the money has been added to your account.

Expenses: The WebMoney commission is 0.8% of the amount transferred, but can be no more than 50 USD/50 EUR.

Time: Usually 1 (one) hour after the money is credited to the company’s WMZ purse (if the payment is made during working hours). At most, it will take 1 (one) business day.

  • When using WebMoney, funds deposited to trading accounts can be in the following currencies: USD, EUR. For your convenience, current exchange rates are published daily in the Personal Area;

Note: If you have deposited money directly from your purse, rather than through the Personal Area, you should send a Direct Payment Notification from the Personal Area. link

WebMoney Card (WMZ – USD/WME – EUR))

Steps:

  • 1. In your Personal Area, go to Make a Deposit/Withdraw Funds to make a payment with a WebMoney card;
  • 2. Choose Make a Payment with a WebMoney Card;
  • 3. Enter the amount you're going to deposit to your trading account and press the «Make a payment» button;
  • 4. Check the data in the window that appears. Press «Make a Payment»;
  • 5. Choose the "Paymer.com or WM-card Check Number" payment authorization type. Enter the card number and press «Proceed»;
  • 6. Enter the WebMoney card's code and the email address attached to your trading account. Click «Confirm the Payment»;
  • 7. Once the window with your payment details appears, press the «Back to Alpari Website» button;
  • 8. Go to the Deposit/Withdrawal History within your Personal Area and make sure that the status of your payment is «Done». Go to the client terminal and check to see that the money has been credited to your account.

Time: Money is usually credited to the trading account immediately. If delayed, it will take no more than 1 (one) business day after the money is added to the company’s WMZ/WME purse.

WebMoney Direct Payment Notification (WMZ – USD/WME – EUR)

If you made a direct fund transfer from your purse to Alpari's purse through WebMoney Exchange Offices, rather than through the Personal Area, you need to send a Direct Payment Notification.

Steps:

  • 1. In your Personal Area, go to the Direct Payments section;
  • 2. Select the type of purse. Fill in the form indicating:
  • Amount transferred to Alpari’s purse;
  • WebMoney purse from which the payment was made;
  • Protection code (when needed);
  • Transfer date.
  • 3. Go to the Deposit/Withdrawal History within your Personal Area to check your payment status. «Processing» means that your notification has been received. Once the payment has been credited to your trading account, the status in the Personal Area will change to «Funds Credited to Trading Account».

Expenses:

  • WebMoney commission is 0.8% of the amount transferred.

Time: Usually 1 (one) business day after the Company receives the direct payment notification, provided that the money has been credited to Alpari’s WMZ /WME purse.

Note:

  • Using WebMoney, funds deposited to trading accounts can be in the following currencies: USD, EUR. For your convenience, current exchange rates are published daily in the Personal Area;
  • You can find more information about WebMoney at www.wmtransfer.com.

Important!

  • Funds will not be credited to a trading account without a Direct Payment Notification;
  • There must be a separate notification for each transaction; you cannot add transactions together.

    How do I register in the WebMoney electronic payment system and activate my purse?

    To use the WebMoney Transfer system, you must install the WM "Keeper Classic" electronic payment program on your computer. WM Keeper Classic.

Moneybookers

You can make a deposit to your Alpari trading account from your Moneybookers wallet via bank wire transfer or using Visa, Master Card, AMEX, JCB, Diner’s Club credit/debit cards. To become a member of the Moneybookers system, you need to register, by entering the data required, your email address and a password to the Moneybookers wallet.

Steps:

  • 1. Enter your Personal Area and go to Make a Deposit/Withdraw Funds to make an electronic payment from your Moneybookers wallet;
  • 2. Choose »Make a Payment via Moneybookers»;
  • 3. Enter the amount you want to transfer to your trading account and press «Make a Payment»;
  • 4. You will be directed to the Moneybookers page, where you will need to login to your Moneybookers wallet or enter your credit/debit card information;
  • 5. If you’re already registered in the Moneybookers system, you need to enter your email address and the password to your wallet;
  • 6. Select the most convenient payment method: credit/debit card, bank wire transfer or directly through Moneybookers. Once you have selected the payment type, enter the additional information specified and click «Confirm»;
  • 7. If you’re not registered in the Moneybookers system, you need to enter the data required for registration and your credit/debit card information, or select «Bank Transfer» as your payment type, check the information and press «Proceed»;
  • 8. In the next window, create a password for your wallet and click «Confirm and Make Payment Now» to complete your registration and the payment.

Expenses:

  • If you make a deposit to your trading account using a credit/debit card through the Moneybookers system, the commission is 2.2% + 0.29 EUR.
  • If you make a deposit by bank wire transfer through the Moneybookers system or directly from your Moneybookers account, the commission is 1.2% + 0.29 EUR.

The minimum deposit within Moneybookers is 1 USD for deposits in US dollars and 1 EUR for deposits in euro. This restriction relates to the Moneybookers payment system commissions stated above. Any transactions received in an amount below 1 USD or 1 EUR can not be returned, as the Moneybookers' commission is more than the amount transferred.

Time: If you make a deposit by a credit/debit card, the amount is credited to your account within several hours. In exceptional circumstances, the processing center may initiate an inquiry into your payment. In such cases, the credit of funds to your account may be delayed. However, if you closely follow the directions on how to make payments by credit/debit cards, the risk of the processing center interfering is significantly reduced.;
If you make a deposit from your Moneybookers wallet, the amount is credited to your trading account immediately. If delayed, it takes, at most, 1 (one) business day after the money has been credited to Alpari’s Moneybookers wallet.

If you use several cards to complete transactions, please provide a scanned copy of each card;
  • Only the client/Moneybookers wallet holder can transfer money to a trading account through Moneybookers;
  • Deposits made through Moneybookers can only be withdrawn through a bank wire transfer to your bank account or Moneybookers wallet, or transferred to another trading account in your name;
  • The deposit to the Moneybookers wallet can be made via the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, AMEX, JCB, Diner's Club, in any currency denomination;
  • Transfers to an account of a third party will not be carried out once you have transferred money to your account through Moneybookers.

No-Commission Cash Deposit through the WMExpress Exchange Office (Moscow)

To make a cash deposit through the WMExpress exchange office (Moscow), you need to:


Expenses: This type of transfer has no commission or extra costs.

Minimum Transfer Amount: 100 USD, 100 EUR, 3000 RUR.

Time: The money will be credited to your trading account within one business day after registering on Alpari’s WMZ/WME/WMR purse.

Note:

  • This transfer can be made in USD, EUR, RUR;
  • The WMExpress exchange office accepts cash deposits in USD, EUR, RUR. For your convenience, current exchange rates are published daily in the Personal Area.

Important!
WMExpress Working Hours: Monday – Friday from 07:00 to 15:30 GMT, (Saturday and Sunday are days off).

The working hours of Alpari's Payments Department are Monday - Friday from 06:00 to 15:00 GMT. If the direct payment notification is received after 15:00 GMT, money will be credited to the trading account on the next business day.

Internal Transfer

Steps:

  • 1. In your Personal Area, go to Make a Deposit/Withdraw Funds to transfer money to another trading account.
  • 2. Choose Internal Transfer and fill in the request. Please note that if you transfer money into a micro.mt4 account, the account number and MetaTrader login are the same, i.e. type the MetaTrader login in both fields.
    • If you have a classic.mt4 account, the confirmation code will be sent to your email address.
    • If you have a micro.mt4 account, the confirmation code will be sent in a SMS to your mobile phone.
  • 3. To proceed, enter the confirmation code in its corresponding field. The status «Processing» status in Deposit/Withdrawal History means that your request has been received.
  • 4. The «Done» status means the transfer has been completed.

Expenses: This type of transfer has no commission or extra costs.

Time: The money will be transfered usually 1 (one) hour after the request is confirmed. If delayed, it takes at most 1 (one) business day.

Note:

  • Transfers to an account of a third party will not be carried out if the deposit is made by credit/debit card;
  • If funds deposited by credit/debit card have been transferred to another trading account, the account will be considered as an account deposited to by credit/debit card, and respectively, these funds can only be withdrawn through a bank wire transfer to your bank account;
  • It’s impossible to transfer funds between trading accounts with different deposit currencies;
  • Internal transfer is available for the following currencies: USD, EUR;
  • You can transfer funds in USD only from trading accounts with USD as the deposit currency;
  • You can transfer funds in EUR only from trading accounts with EUR as the deposit currency.
