If a client wants to withdraw a sum below the minimum amount, the withdrawal request will be cancelled in accordance with clause 6.6 of the Regulations on Non-Trading Operations.
If the funds on your trading account do not exceed the minimum amount for withdrawal, the only way to withdraw your funds is in full, provided there are no open positions on your trading account.
Example:
The balance of the trading account is 80 USD. There are no open positions.
If you make a request to withdraw 70 USD, the request will be cancelled according to clause 6.5 of the Regulations on Non-Trading Operations.
In this case, the only way to withdraw your money is in full, thus 80 USD.
Restriction on Third Party Withdrawal
Alpari prides itself in its client care, thus we place special emphasis on the safety of deposits and their protection from interference by a third party. For safety reasons, Alpari offers clients the opportunity to, at their own discretion, restrict the withdrawal of funds to accounts of third parties. In order to restrict withdrawals, you need to enter your Personal Area and set up this restriction.
To set up this restriction, you need to:
- 1. Enter the section Restriction of Third Party Fund Withdrawal within your Personal Area;
- 2. The Terms of the Restriction will be proposed, according to which funds withdrawn can only be transferred to:
- The bank account registered under the name of the trading account holder;
- Another trading account at Alpari, registered under the name of the trading account holder, provided that equal restriction of third party fund withdrawal will be placed on the account where the funds have been transferred (if there is already a certain type of restriction on withdrawal from this account, the type of restriction cannot be changed);
- 3. Enter the code to prevent automated registration;
- 4. Accept the terms of the Withdrawal Restriction described above;
- 5. Confirm your choice.
After completing these steps, the third party withdrawal restriction will be set on your account. Withdrawn funds can only be transferred to accounts registered under the trading account holder. This restriction has no fixed term and cannot be cancelled.
Example:
A client has two trading accounts at Alpari:
- The restriction is set on trading account А and withdrawn funds can only be transferred to the bank account registered under the trading account holder;
- No restrictions are set on trading account B.
If you transfer funds from account А to account В, the fund withdrawal restriction set on account А will not be changed.
If you transfer funds from account B to account A, the third party withdrawal restriction will also be set on account В and funds withdrawn from this account will only be transferable to the bank account registered under the trading account holder.
