1.1. These Regulations for non-trading operations have been developed as a part of International cooperation measures aimed at fighting against financial irregularities, revealing and preventing law violations, and specify principles of performing non-trading operations on the Customer’s trading account withAlpari IDC Corp.(hereinafter referred to as the “Company").
1.2. The Financial Monitoring Department (hereinafter referred to as the “Department”) will exercise control over implementation of these Regulations for non-trading operations
within the Company.
1.3. The Company shall have the right to investigate the nature of doubtful non-trading operations, listed in Part 2 of theseRegulations for non-trading operations, whereupon to suspend such operations until the reasons for their
occurrence are clarified and the investigation is completed.
1.4. In the course of an investigation in accordance with clause 1.3. of theseRegulationsthe Department shall have the right to request the Customer to provide the documents specified in clauses 4.14, 4.16 and 8.5. The Company shall have the right to suspend performing of the Customer’s non-trading operations until the specified
documents are received and the investigation is completed.
1.5. In case of revealing doubtful non-trading operations the Company shall have the right to refuse to perform these operations and/or charge an additional commission or sever relations with the Customer. In this case the Customer shall have the right to withdraw funds from his trading account only in a manner
designated by the Company.
1.6. Refusal to perform doubtful non-trading operations, as well as breach of relations with the Customer shall not be a reason for imposing civil liability upon the Company for breach of the concluded agreements.
1.7. The Company shall have the right to amend at its sole discretion the terms of these Regulations at any time giving to the Customer 5 business day prior notice in one or several ways described in clause 3.1 of these Regulation. Such amendments will become effective on the date specified in the notice.
1.8. These Regulations are transparent and are an integral part of any agreement concluded between the Company and the Customer.
1.9. In case certain clauses of these Regulations do not correspond to certain clauses of the Customer Agreement and the Terms of Business the clauses of these Regulations shall be effective. This circumstance shall not render other terms of the mentioned documents invalid.
1.10. The content of these Regulations is disclosed without limitation
upon request of any interested person.
1.11. The terms and definitions used in these Regulations are explained in Clause 10 of these Regulations.
