Andrey was born on July 8, 1975. In 1996, he graduated from the Kazan State Institute of Finance and Economics. Andrey has a wealth of management experience and has been working on the Forex market since 1999. He also serves as the Director of the Alpari Charity Fund.

He is married with two children, a daughter and a son. His hobby is sports.

Andrey has been with Alpari since 2000.

Boris N. Shilov

Boris was born on September 7, 1962 in Nizhny Novgorod. He attended the Nizhny Novgorod State University Department of Mechanics and Mathematics and holds a Ph.D in Engineering. Boris has over 13 years of experience in foreign markets.

He is married with two children, a daughter and a son. He plays guitar and likes practical jokes.

He has authored several books on trading: «FOREX from the First Person», «Exchange History» and «FOREX-trading», and several scientific publications on hedging.

Boris has been with Alpari since 2003.

Gleb A. Petrov

Gleb was born on February 9, 1962. He graduated with distinction from the Kazan State University Department of Mechanics and Mathematics. He holds a Ph.D in Physical Science and Mathematics. His thesis topic was: “Numerical Modeling of the 3-D Nonstationary Problems of Gas Dynamics”.

At the present moment, Gleb has taken a break from management activity in order to focus on research.

He is married and has two daughters. He enjoys history, geography, and traveling.

Gleb is an author of the book «FOREX from the First Person».

  Boris V. Tatus

  Boris was born on July, 23, 1969 in Tbilisi. He graduated from Nizhny Novgorod N.A. Dobrolyubov State Linguistic University and then served in the USSR navy and graduated from the Airborne Forces Sergeants School.

  He began his career in 1994 at the «L’Oreal. Paris» Company and was then the head of the «Rusfinance Bank» (BSGV) branch in Nizhny Novgorod from 2003 to 2005 before coming to Alpari.

  Boris has extensive experience in sales and staff management, both Russian and foreign companies.

  His hobbies are cooking, music, and swimming.

  Boris has been with Alpari since 2008. Under his supervision, Alpari branches were opened in Kazakhstan and Nigeria.

  Dmitry was born on May 4, 1970 in Moscow. He served in the border troops of the Committee for State Security of the USSR. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Transportation and then graduated with distinction from the Moscow School of Banking. Dmitry worked at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for 10 years while studying accounting and audit at the Russian Correspondence Institute of Textile and Light Industry, which he finished in 2002. He has been working on the Forex and CFD markets since 2001.

  At Alpari, Dmitry has organized the activity of many Alpari departments, published analysis on the website, developed and led seminars, and is an administrator of our forum. Asides from our website, he is also well-known as Rann on Viac.ru, Investo.ru and kroufr.ru forums. Dmitry has also on numerous occasions taken part in a live TV program called «Markets» on the RBC channel.

  Dmitry is married with two children. He likes motorcycles, martial arts (WTF Tae Kwon Do), weightlifting, snowboarding, volleyball, tennis, and playing guitar.

  Sergey was born on June 14, 1964. In 1987, he graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod State University Physics Department. Sergey has been working on global financial markets since 1996 and has a wealth of experience in FOREX, futures and stock markets, including ETF. Sergey completed a series of Dow Jones seminars, held by American stock brokers, including Alexander Elder. In 1998, in cooperation with the George Soros International Foundation, Sergey met Soros himself and participated in an international conference dedicated to investment challenges .

  He is married and enjoys sports, traveling, yoga, and studying Oriental philosophy.

  He authored the book «Exchange History».

  From 1982 to 1989, he worked at one of the Defense Research Institutes, where he studied infrared atmospheric transmission. He then worked at law enforcement agencies for 16 years, first as a Forensic Expert at Kazan's Regional Internal Affairs Directorate and then as the Head of the Forensic Science Center within the Tartarstan Ministry of Internal Affairs. He was awarded certificates of merit during his service.

  He is married and has two daughters.

In 2008, Sergey won a scholarship to Manchester University and at the present is studying at the Manchester University Business School.

  He has been a financial speculator since 1998 and met with George Soros when he visited Nizhny Novgorod. Before joining Alpari, Sergey worked as Financial Director and Provost in a major brokerage firm.

  He is married and has two daughters. His hobbies include physical training and reading Eastern poetry.

Andrey was born on September 25, 1975. He graduated with distinction from the Kazan State University Economics Department in 1997. He then continued his education and received a Ph.D in Economics, writing a dissertation on «National Debt as a Factor of Macroeconomic Development».

He has been working on Russian financial markets since 1995 and on FOREX since 1998.

Andrey currently permanently resides in London. He is in charge of strategic initiatives and business development for Alpari (UK) Limited.. He holds Unit 1 and Unit 3 certifications from the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

He has his Unit 1 and Unit 3 certifications from the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

He is married with two children, a daughter and a son. His hobbies include programming, bettering his English, and cheese tasting. A few years ago, Andrey created a blog called "Internet-trading in Forex for novices"

  David Stuart
  Chief Operating Officer

  David was born in 1970. He began his financial career at Nomura International, providing dealing and market making services on the fixed income government bond trading desk, where he became a fully regulated member of the FSA in 1992.

  He moved into futures, options broking and trading with Deutsche Bank in the early 1990’s, a bank he helped to become the No.1 broker in many of the major global markets. He then managed a successful independent trading company specialised in futures, stocks and FOREX, which he started up in 2001.

  Outside of the “Alpari” world, David places a strong emphasis on family values, enjoying spending time with his family. In his spare time, he also likes to play golf, go swimming and cook international cuisines.

  David has been with Alpari (UK) since 2006.

  Sudipto Chattopadhyay
  Chief Financial Officer

  Sudipto joined Alpari (UK) as an Executive Director and founding partner. With more than 20 years of investment banking experience, having held senior positions at major European investment banks, Sudipto has a strong reputation in the financial market.

  He started his financial career in 1998 at ABN AMBRO as an equities trader. Prior to joining Alpari UK, Sudipto directed a highly successful private advisory firm, gaining extensive experience in assisting firms through the authorization process with regulators.

  He has been with Alpari (UK) since 2004.

Olga A. Rybalkina

Olga was born on May, 21, 1977. She graduated with distinction from the Kazan State University Economics Department. While working at Alpari (RU), she was promoted from a position in dealing to the post of Financial Director. In 2007, she was appointed as the CEO of Alpari (US).

She has been responsible for establishing and implementing the strategic goals and objectives of the company, while providing the direction and leadership to achieve Alpari (US)’s mission. She holds an NFA (National Futures Association) certificate (a 3-part qualification examination).

She likes traveling, sports, and literature.

  He is responsible for overseeing the company’s corporate operations, compliance and marketing divisions, and information technology management system.

  Yaroslav has more than 10 years of international trading experience. He has also worked with hedge funds and as a CTA (Commodity Trading Advisor). He holds an NFA (National Futures Association) certificate (a 3-part qualification examination).

  General Counsel

  Sabina os an active member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law before several U.S. federal courts.

  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Political Science from the University of Toronto, a Master of Arts in International Relations from Columbia University and a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.

  Before Alpari, she worked in Merrill Lynch’s Office of General Counsel and the Bank of New York Mellon’s Legal Division.

  Sabina has been with Alpari since 2008.
