Open a Swap-Free/Islamic Account

Alpari affords the opportunity to open Islamic (Swap-Free) accounts with no rollover charges. This service is only available for alpari.classic accounts.

In compliance with the Islamic Shariah Law, Alpari will not apply swaps or rollover charges to these accounts.

Though there are no rollover charges on swap-free accounts, they do incur commision. The daily overnight handling charge for Islamic accounts is 10 base units for Forex and spot metals and 2 base units for CFDs per night per standard lot. Triple commission is charged on trades held over a weekend. Positions can be held for an unlimited amount of time.

Alpari reserves the right to terminate an Islamic/Swap-Free account without warning.

To open an Islamic (Swap-Free) trading account, you must fill in and sign a Request for an Islamic (Swap-Free) Forex Trading Account, then fax the request to +7 (495) 727-17-70 or email it to backoffice@alpari.ru

Islamic (Swap-Free) Forex trading accounts are available to all clients within the regional coverage with no discrimination on the basis of religion.

How to Open a Swap-Free Account
- 1. Open a live account with Alpari;
- 2. Fill in and send scanned copies of the following documents by email to backoffice@alpari.ru or by fax to +7 (495) 727-17-70:
- Request for an Islamic (Swap-Free) Forex Trading Account;
- Supplement to the Terms of Business for Islamic (Swap-Free) Account Holders;
- Copy of your passport (or national ID card) and its notarised translation into English.
- 3. Please send an original copy of your utility bill (not mobile phone) or bank statement (not a credit card statement) bearing your permament address to: POB 501, Head Post Office, Moscow, Russia, 101000;
- 4. Once we receive the signed documents, your trading account will be moved to the group of Islamic (Swap-Free) Trading Accounts
